As an intern, you are required to determine and assess the key aspects of an entrepreneurial mindset and the different environments that foster and hinder entrepreneurship and present the key findings in a PowerPoint Presentation. The PowerPoint Presentation should cover the topics listed below:
- Determine the characteristic traits and skills of successful entrepreneurs that differentiate with other business managers
- Assess how aspects of the entrepreneurial personality reflect entrepreneurial motivation and mind-set
- Also, explore and examine different lines of argument relating to entrepreneurial characteristics.
- Examine, using the relevant examples, how background and experience can hinder or foster entrepreneurship
- Analyse the characteristic traits, skills and motivational drivers of success entrepreneurs and the influence of personal back and experience, supported by specific examples
- Critically evaluate how background and experience influences entrepreneurs, both positive and negative, comparing and contrasting examples
